Hi, great to hear that Werner's crossovers worked out for you!

Hmmmm....I would love to hear your impressions of removing the wheels/brackets/etc. from the cabs bottom and solidly placing the cabinet on the floor and its effect on the bass.
Me too because I want to add wheels to mine.
I put wheels on my 80kg Lowther DX2 Mau IV Horns some years ago and got an immediate improvement in bass resolution and (at least perceived) deeper bass.
I had the same impression when i put the wheels on the Altec cabinetts in my previous home (much smaller room).
I do not have the problems with missing bass now, the Shure v15v... and Werner Jagusch crossovers sorted that out and Im back to using winged C KT88s in my Quicksilvers (6L6Gc's where slightly warmer than the KT88 but not as resolved in the bass).
I would expect more floor-vibration and less resolved bass as result of removing the wheels and planting the cabinets directly on the floor.
Best regards
Kjartan
